Name: Carmen Mendez
Nicknames: Carmen
Age: 18
Race: Therianthrope
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Species: Black Wolf
Attributes: Enhanced strength and speed, sense of smell stronger than a humans, shifts into a bi-pedal lycan with no sense of control.
Appearance:
Much like her brother she has light olive skin (latina), but light brown eyes and dark brown hair that she keeps long. She wears what any teenage girl would, what was in style but it’s now the old stuff and she doesn’t seem to care about that. Sometimes she steals her brother’s leather jacket since he shouldn’t have to wear two all the time. She is attractive to the point she always gets her brother into a fit when people flirt or even touch her in some manner, but she puts up with it. Even with nothing to style her hair anymore it’s actually been slightly curly all on its own, and probably the only trait she really likes about herself.
Personality:
Pretty much she’s very sarcastic, and a bit of a thrill-seeker, but she has a fragile side of her that gets the best of her sometimes. She is very afraid of people who wear white lab-coats, and doesn’t hesitate to run or scream when she sees one. Carmen never talks about what happened when she wasn’t with her brother in that hospital, but it was enough to scar her for life and she never wants to go back to one again. She doesn’t trust people very easily anymore, and can be very confrontational or suspicious of people quickly.
History:
When she went to Mercy Hospital with her family she saw her parents more than her brother probably had, and they distinctly gave themselves up to the hospital for research while also giving them permission to use their children without their consent. Even though Carmen was a young adult they hadn’t even given her rights of using her own voice for her opinion, where as the old laws died even there.
She hated the way that the scientists treated her, not paying attention to the fact they were doing the same exact things to her brother. But whenever they came into that room with all the other teens she screamed bloody-murder, and tried to hang-on to her brother. Each time they shocked her brother, and knocked her out to do their “treatments” only to repeat the process every few days after dumping her back in that room.
The scientists weren’t willing to let her go when they let her brother out, but they obviously saw it as an opportunity with what they did to her and she had no clue. They made a tracker and put it in the back of her neck once when they were treating her, and apparently monitoring everything that she does outside the hospital.
