There used to be a bell in this tower, but it's fallen to the bottom of the tower and become more of a center piece than anything. But the tower still gets used by those who know how to fly, and want to get in or out from above since it's a covered straight shot up to the sky. There are only four pillars holding the roofed top up, but big enough spaces to fly or walk through.
