Name: Cassandra Persephone Williams
Nicknames: Dr. Williams, Cass, Cassie
Age: 52
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Unknown (hates men and women alike who don't obey her)
Ability: Telepathy
Appearance: Cassandra may be an elderly woman, but she still has the ability to show off her beauty no matter how fierce she may look. She has white hair with bits of silver and gray, but she doesn't dare dye her hair back to it's natural color it used to be before she aged. Her hair is always put up in some fashion that keeps it out of her way when she is indeed working. The womans eyes are a medium shade of amber, and sometimes seem to hold not other emotion aside from distinct annoyance. Her complexion is beyond fair, though she is pale, and her make-up is thick in most places she makes it work.
Her usual clothing never consists of the drab white lab/doctor coats, but instead she dresses like she has something to prove. Cassandra wears black and white most of the time, and not to mention together as a fashion statement. Even in the state of the populace the woman can't bare to dress just like everyone else, she has to show that she was once a very powerful woman and wants to be feared than targetted for it.
Personality: Now, the woman we speak of might have a personality somewhere hidden in that body of hers but she rarely shows it. She almost always has a blank and angry, impatient and annoyed, expression on her face be it around collegues or patients. And her memory might not be quite as it used to be, but she never lets people walk all over her or simply convince her of things that happened either between them or around them.
She has a habit of wanting to scare the people around her, even the patients that come to the hospital, because she constantly believes fear is the most dominant sensation people should feel. The woman might have been able to survive that disaster years ago, but she is stuck hearing the thoughts of everyone around her like an annoying buzzing fly in her face. She hates her telepathy, but at the same time she absolutely loves it for being able to read people like no other and use it to her advantage. However, she hardly ever says anything to people should she hear their thoughts, but it's something she considered safer to do around particulars.
Either way this woman is a very tought nut to crack, and breaking into her emotional barriers is like trying to chip away at an ice block. The woman has been told she has a heart of ice, because sometimes she is very cruel to people around her no matter how they may be feeling or thinking. She enjoys being heartless, but for those who are able to break through those barriers it's a hard trail to follow or even fix for that matter.
History: Cassandra became one of the head doctors at Mercy Medical Center after her branch was destroyed that fateful day, and has ever been welcomed there. Her records for not really caring for her patients, and somehow saving lives, got her an easy ticket within the door. Even if she didn't know what she was getting into she had to get used to the fact she was seeing people coming in to the last hospital in their area nearly everyday.
At first she couldn't believe what she was seeing or what to say to those unfortunate people who came in changed, or completely deformed. She continuously put on her coldest face, and became her cold-hearted self, no matter if they were elderly or even children who survived without a place to go. She only followed the rules of the hospital behind a man she didn't know who was in charge of this vacinity, even when it meant locking the abandoned in the basement of the medical center.
She soon grew used to it, and unfortunately started to give up caring for these people, because most of the time they put these people out of their misery or gave them false hope. And that was was she was good at. But she has been hoping to get an audience with the man who was behind this hospital and those he works under that may have caused this problem, perhaps just to congratulate him.
