This is where the vampire coven resides. However large it may be, it's protected by an iron fence around it. They have rebuilt and maintained the area around the estate to make it more or less home-like again. Inside the fence they have a few vampires that are meant for security, since they cant trust dogs anymore.

No New Posts The Cathedral

This is home to the avians, where the group called Children of the Lokoi claim sanctuary. There are several entrances and exits, and an underground that has been fixed into living quarters with all the amenities that they were able to get working again. But for some, the ground route to get inside is a bit too ordinary. In this case, they can instead use the giant bell tower connected to the great Cathedral.

A group of people called the Cuori Aperti have been known to reside here, having claimed the territory as their own and protected it. There are humans, lycans, avians, shapeshifters, and occasionally vampires that have the desire to belong to something, and that's what was created here. However, they do maintain a ranked system so that nothing goes wrong in the group which could jeopardize the lives within it.

No New Posts Forestry Museum

An old museum that had all types of plant-life within it for the purpose of scientific research and public viewing. This area was claimed by the Lupara Pack some time ago, as they wanted a place that felt comfortable with their wild nature, but also reminded them of their humanity. It's a beautifully overgrown building that very rarely crumbles, as the vines and trees continue holding it together.

No New Posts The Forgotten Mine

An old mining facility that has rusted contraptions throughout, as well as many different passages that go deep under the mountains. This area has been claimed by the Saethos Pack. They seem to have been drawn here because of the dangerous area and condition of the place.

On an old road that's slowly being restored with just gravel, some vendors have tried to start making a living. Many of them sell food, clothes, or even a few man-made weapons when they find them. However, not all of them sell at a decently low price, or trade fairly.

It's fairly small, but it's had some upkeep from a few good families that wanted a place for people to feel normal again. There is an old, but partially polished and relatively sturdy kids' area for them to play on, and a small pond that's still being cleaned out. A few rewired street lamps work, and are manually turned on at night to conserve what little power there is in the town.

No New Posts Mercy Medical Center

The Mercy Medical Center, sometimes nicknamed Mercy Hospital, is one of the best-preserved buildings in the area. Nearly all of the original machinery and technology has been repaired and is currently in use. A sign outside promises a cure... but dark rumors surround this place.

No New Posts Overgrown Forest

A fairly large forest area which is thick in some areas, but not in others. It's a beautiful place for a normal walk or run, but it's eerily uncomfortable to wander through after nightfall -- especially alone. However, even during daylight it's quite beautiful. At least, the parts that aren't so overgrown that the sunlight can barely cast a shadow.

These homes haven't been much, but they have proven to be better than nothing. A select few are older houses; others are small shacks that have been built for shelter. However, it seems like this so-called neighborhood has been pleasant, at least for most.

An old amusement park that has been abandoned by time, where nature has been slowly taking over. Beams from each ride and contraption are rusted, waiting to fall when nature finally releases her hold.

We all remember when these areas of the forest used to be fun. Now, however, it's a desolate, overrun forest. Nature has taken it back; the benches and tables have all have been overrun by plant-life, but are still visible underneath the slow deterioration.

The abandoned train yard is filled with the old iron boxcars, ruined mechanisms still inside them. Things here have been known to be haunted, and home to deranged and infected animals. So, be sure to watch your step!

A once enormous library, now deteriorating. Nature has planted its seeds throughout the building, and trees have sprouted up through the concrete flooring. Small bits of tall grass have also been able to peek through the floors. Many of the books are undamaged, but others are either rotted or badly water-damaged.

Some of these apartments still stand, while others have begun to collapse. None of them have been proved livable. It's a good source of supplies, but many dangerous things roam this area.

Another large area with many open and closed off shops. A majority of the items have been either rummaged through already, or are too damaged to bother with. It's also home to many different things that most people don't want to be around.

Fairly large, and usually cold to the touch or to the daring swimmer. It's hard not to remember things here when everything had been normal, but it's still in good condition like nature never meant to change places like these.
